Abstract

Mastering Counselling Theory provides all the major concepts and ideas integral to the theory and practice of counselling. It explores psychodynamic from Freud through to Jung, Adler, Klein and Erikson. It also explains humanistic theory from Rogers and Gestalt through to Transactional Analysis and Reality Counselling. The book also discusses Existential, and lastly Behavioural/Cognitive theories.
